Not been great run of results in stop start 2020 ,though hopefully we can get back on track in second half of the year . Moving on to Sunday we have decent looking group three contest from Sandown.

This looks well above average group three contest featuring two group one winners and last years winner .The three standout contenders are Billesdon Brook , Lavenders Blue & Quadilateral .
BILLESDON BROOK : 5-Y-0 Chestnut mare ,winning 7 out 24 .Useful mare on her day winning three G1 races,including winning 1000 Guineas back in 2018.Been in fair form this season without winning ,finishing second three times ,including close second in G1 Falmouth Stakes at Newmarket last time behind Nazeef .Will be suited by this drop in class .Solid claims.
LAVENDERS BLUE : 4-Y-0 Bay filly ,winning 2 out 7 .Won this race last year beating Duneflower in good style .Not been at her best this season in two starts ,though was highly tried in G1 Nassau stakes at Glourious Goodwood last time .Will be suited returning to mile ,though best form on sound surface .
QUADILATERAL : 3-Y-0 Chestnut filly ,winning 3 out 5 .Unbeaten 2-Y-0 winning all three starts,including the G1 Fillies Mile at Newmarket in October ,with the very useful Love back in third . Not really progressed this season ,finishing well beaten third on both starts in G1 1000 Guineas & Coronation Stakes.Faces her easiest task of the season .
VERDICT : BILLESDON BROOK Should go well dropping down to G3 level .Finished excellent second in G1 Falmouth stakes last time at Newmarket .Has decent record in this grade winning twice in G3 company .Seems to handle most ground conditions .Odds around 9-2 look solid e-w value .
Quadilateral looks obvious danger receiving 6lb off her two main rivals ,though looked disappointing last time in Coronation Stakes when beaten over 6 lenghs .Will find this easier though odds around 5/4 look very tight .
Last years winner Lavenders Blue has each-way claims ,though, was well held by Billesdon Brook in the Sun Chariot at Newmarket last October .
