8 runners declared for 1 mile Princess Elizabeth stakes from Epsom .Not the strongest looking group three contest ,though still looks interesting contest .
Veracious has been put in favourite here at around 5-2 ,though was very disappointing on reapperance,when finishing well beaten fourth behind Worth Waiting at Newmarket in G2 Company .Had some decent form last season ,twice finishing placed in G1 company .Should improve for that first run of the season,though under 3lb has no easy task.
Awesometank made winning reapperance in listed company at Goodwood earlier this month in tight finish ,though come up short when racing in G3 company last season .Possible each-way chance,though will need career best to land this contest .
Anna Nerium looked slightly unlucky at Goodwood last time ,when fast finishing second behind Awesometank in listed company.Not the most consistent filly ,though did finish creditable second in this race last year .Has to be respected being G3 winner last season .
Nyaleti had some useful form last season ,including winning the G2 German 1000 Guineas in good style .Also made promising reapperance at Newmarket earlier this month ,finishing second behind Worth Waiting with Veracious 3L back in fourth .Bit disappointing at York last time ,though will be suited returing to 8.5 furlongs .
VERDICT : NYALETI returning to this shorter trip should go well ,having shown all her best form over 8/9f ,including finishing creditable second in stronger G2 race at Newmarket earlier this month .Odds around 7-2 look fair value in this easier grade .
