BRANDO : 7-Y-0 Chestnut Gelding ,winning 8 out 31 .Useful sprinter on his day,including finishing second in this race last year.Also finished second in both the G1 July Cup at Newmarket & Sprint Cup from Haydock.Slightly disappointing when beaten favourite on reappearance at Newmarket in G3 company,though can't be ruled out on last seasons G1 form.

INVINCIBLE ARMY :4-Y-0 Bay Colt ,winning 4 out 12.Had some decent form early last season ,including winning the G3 Pavilion Stakes at Ascot in May.Also finished nose second in G2 Sandy Lane stakes at Haydock behind Sands Of Mali.Returned to form in April making winning reapperance in 6f listed race at Doncaster.Back up into group two company,though looks interesing contender .

YAFTA : 4-Y-0 Grey Colt ,winning 4 out 12 ,also finished second six times .Showed progressive form last season ,including winning the G3 Hackwood Stakes at Newbury in July ,beating Projection with Invincible Army back in 9th .Made promising return last month finishing close second in G3 Abernant stakes at Newmarket with Brando back in third.Looks open to further improvement this season .

VERDICT : The fast improving YAFTA should go well after making promising reapperance at Newmarket in good looking G3 Sprint,that looked fair effort after not getting the clearest runs in closing stages.Looks to have ideal conditions here six furlongs on fast ground .Odds around 5-1 look solid each-way value .

Invincible Army looks the main danger ,after returning to form at Doncaster last month in listed company .This looks much stronger race ,though did go close in group two company last season .Interesting contender,though odds around 9-4 look too short .
