On Saturday we go to Dubai for decent looking group three sprint on the dirt at Meydan .
1.10 MEYDAN 6F MAHAAB AL SHIMAAL (DIRT) (GROUP 3) :
9 runners go to post for quality looking 6 furlong group three contest at MEYDAN,the three main contenders look to be KRYPTON FACTOR , FARMAH & SPEED HAWK .
KRYPTON FACTOR : Won this race and G1 Golden Shaheen at Meydan back in 2012 . Looked back to his best finishing close second ,behind the useful Reynaldothewizard in G3 over C&D , earlier last month .Should go well from decent draw in stall 2 .
FARMAH :Improving filly ,showed some useful form on turf in France & Italy last season winning listed and group three contest .Looks open to plenty improvement this season and looks major player if handling the dirt ,
SPEED HAWK : Consistent sort ,winning three from 14 , been running consistently at Meydan.Finished fair third behind Reynaldothewizard last time in G3 contest .Should be thereabouts ,though has to reverse form with Krypton Factor .
VERDICT : KRYPTON FACTOR looks solid here after finishing good second last time in similar G3 race over course & distance .Has good record at Meydan and looks well drawn for horse that races on the pace .Odds around 4-1 looks fair value .
Farmah looks the obvious danger if reproducing her turf form ,though has to prove she can handle the dirt .
