The Charlie Appleby lightly raced 4-Y-0 Wirko has been put in short price favourite here at around 7-4 ,only raced twice last season ,winning the listed Epsom Derby trial ,though was well beaten favourite in G3 Chester Vase next time on easy ground.Open to improvement after just 4 starts back on sound surface ,though not for me at such short price returning from 8 month break .

 

 At the prices the Saeed Bin Suroor trained 6-Y-0 DUBAI FUTURE looks interesting .Had some good form at last years Meydan Carnival ,including finishing second in G2 Dubai City Of Gold Stakes behind 115 rated Walton Street ,Also Won listed handicap over 14f at Meydan off mark 103.Solid each-way claims, returning to listed company .GUIDE PRICE 7-1 or above .

 

Of the others, Saeed Bin Suroor'other runner Passion And Glory had some decent form last season ,including winning G3 Glorious Stakes at Goodwood in August and finishing third behind Arc winner Torquator Tasso in G1 Company in Gemany .Looks interesting runner with Frankie Dettori taking the ride ,though has to concede weight all round,and all his best form is on easier ground .
