9 runners go to post for interesting group two contest .Which sees the return of triple group one winner Benbatl after nearly year off the track .The 7-Y-0 Started off 2020 in good style winning two group 2 contests at Meydan ,though hasn't been seen since finishing third in G2 Joel Stakes at Newmarket last September behind Kameko .On official ratings is clearly the one to beat ,though coming back from injury unlikely he will be fully wound up on his belated seasonal reapperance .

The Richard Hannon trained CHINDIT looks interesting returning to group two company ,had some useful form as two-year-old ,winning 3 out 4 ,including the G2 Champagne Stakes at Doncaster last season .Not been quite up to group one level this season ,though finished creditable fifth in both 2000 Guineas & St James Palace stakes .Also ran fair 3L fifth behind Palace Pier in Jacques le Marois at  Deauville last time.Will be suited by this drop in class .Odds around 3-1 look fair value

Of the others Perotto has possible each-way claims ,after finishing fair third behind Megallan in Sovereign Stakes at Salisbury last time ,goes well here at Goodwood winning twice at the track,though will need career best to land this group two contest
