The Andrew Balding 4-Y-0 Sea The Stars Colt AZTEC EMPIRE looks interesting after putting in two solid efforts in competitive staying handicaps,including finishing good third at Newbury behind Ebor favourite Sweet William in class two handicap ,also finished creditable third in Northumberland Plate at Newcastle behind Calling The Wind last month .Odds around 5-1 look solid each-way value , especially with Skybet paying 5 places .
Of the others the in form Robert James should go well ,having already won five times this season ,including winning here at York over C/D last month .Seems to handle any ground having won three times on quick surface .Has taken hike in the weights ,though can't be ruled out in wide open race .
