6.05 Dundalk Stadium Light Up Your Night 6F Handicap (Fri 20th Nov )

On Friday we are back in Ireland, for the first bet of the All Weather season at Dundalk .

6.05 DUNDALK STADIUM LIGHT UP YOUR NIGHT 6F H'CAP:

8 runners declared for competitive looking (0-85) 6 furlong handicap on polytrack at Dundalk . The three main contenders are My Good Brother , Kimbay & Sors .

MY GOOD BROTHER :Won 6 out 39 ,including winning three times at Dundalk ,though not won since October  2014 . Not shown much this season ,though has taken big drop in weights .Looks well handicapped off mark 80 .

KIMBAY :Consistent Mare winning 5 out 21,including winning three times at Dundalk in 2014 .Also Finished close second in this race last year .Ran good second last time in 5 furlong handicap at Dundalk .Should go well off same mark .

SORS : Won 2 out 16 .Has Decent record here at Dundalk winning 2 out 3.Finished respectable third last time in 5F handicap at Dundalk ,finishing just behind Kimbay. Looks well drawn in stall 2 ,for front runner .Each-way claims .

VERDICT : KIMBAY has good record at Dundalk, and should go well after finishing creditable second last time behind an improving sort .The return to 6 furlongs should also suit ,having only been beaten head in this race last year . Odds around 4-1 look very fair value .

Of the others Strategic Force ,had some fair form for Clive Cox ,winning twice at Kempton last season ,though faces no easy task under 9 stone 10lb .On first start for Gerard O ' Leary .
