On Monday we have interesting 6 furlong claiming stakes at Windsor with 11 runners declared on ground described as good .

6.10 WINDSOR 6F CLAIMING STAKES CLASS 6 :
On official handicap ratings this looks between four horses .Tajneed ,North Star Boy ,Noverre To Go & Captain Kendall.

TAJNEED :Has been in good form this season and has excellent record in selling & claiming company (121113) .Trainer Dandy Nicholls has good record in claiming races with 38% strike rate record this year. Should go well with ideal conditions .

CAPTAIN KENDALL: Won three times this winter on All Weather ,including two handicaps .Lightly raced on the turf ,though did finish placed at Bath & Salisbury .Should go well dropping into claiming company for first time.

NORTH STAR BOY :Won weak four runner 6 furlong claimer at Lingfield last time by 8 lenghs.First win for over two years .This looks much stronger claimer and seem struggle on turf last season in handicap company .

NOVERRE TO GO :Won three times this winter on All Weather including two claimers, though has looked very disappointing on his last two starts in handicap company .Has the highest BHA rating 82 and will be suited returning to claiming company .

VERDICT: TAJNEED looks very solid here after winning competitive seller at Thirsk last time in good style .Has good record in claiming company  2 out 3 and looks the one to beat .Odds around 3-1 look fair value .

Captain Kendall rates as the main danger after winning three times on All Weather this winter .Lightly raced on the turf and looks open to some improvement and will be suited dropping into claiming company.

Saturday 11th May Listed Stakes Bet

For second bet on Saturday we go to Nottingham for decent little 6 furlong listed race .On ground described as good .

3.55 NOTTINGHAM 6 FURLONG LISTED STAKES :  8 runners declared for interesting listed race over 6 furlongs .The three main contenders are Restiardargent ,Scream Blue Murder & Sound of Guns

RESTIARDARGENT :Useful French filly ,winning three times in 2011 for H A Pantall including two group races at Maisons-Laffitte. Looked little disappointing last season apart from finishing excellent third behind Black Caviar in Group one Diamond Jubilee stakes at Royal Ascot .Should go well dropping down in class on first start for William Haggas.

SCREAM BLUE MURDER :Lightly raced Irish filly .Won 5 furlong maiden in good style at Bellewstown in July .Finished good second  in 5 furlong listed race at Naas last month .Looks open to plenty improvement after just four starts .However seems well suited to soft ground

SOUND OF GUNS :Had some useful form last season in group & listed company ,including finishing good third in group two Flying Childers at Doncaster behind the Richard Hannon trained Sir Prancealot. Ran a lot better than finishing position suggest in group three Neil Gwyn after getting repeatedly hampered .

VERDICT : Restiardargent on her first start for William Haggas, has to be respected and would take plenty beating if she can reproduce last seasons Royal Ascot form ,though apart from that race she looked disappointing last season .At the prices she looks no value at 7-4 .

SOUND OF GUNS looked an improving filly last season and had some solid form in group & listed company .Has plenty of speed and will be suited by the return to 6 furlongs ,after getting luckless run in Neil Gwyn at Newmarket last time .Odds around 3-1 look very fair value .

SATURDAY 11TH MAY LISTED STAKES BET:
SOUND OF GUNS 3.55 NOTTINGHAM

Saturday 11th May Group Three bet

Another very busy Saturday with six flat cards .In this post I'm Going concentrate on the Group Three seven furlong Chartwell fillies stakes at Lingfield.

4.00 LINGFIELD 7F GROUP THREE CHARTWELL FILLIES STAKES :
At Lingfield we have decent looking 7 furlong fillies Group three contest .On official handicap ratings the three main contenders are Kendam, Lily's Angel & Ultrasonic .

KENDAM : Decent French filly ,though has poor strike rate 2 wins from 18 starts .Ran some decent races last season including finishing third in Group one Prix La De Foret in October .Finished fair second last time in 7 furlong conditions race at Longchamp last month .

LILY'S ANGEL : Been in great form since joining Ger Lyons winning five times from 7 starts .Back to winning form last time winning 1 mile listed race at Kempton .However was well beaten on both starts on the turf and has 0 from 7 record in group races .

ULTRASONIC : Improved filly since being fitted with hood 1222,including finishing second in three decent 6 furlong listed races .Looks open to plenty improvement over this longer .Should go well for in form Sir Michael Stoute stable .

VERDICT : French filly Kendam will be difficult to beat if she can reproduce last season's group form ,though not the easiest horse to win with, and all her best form has been on soft surface.

ULTRASONIC looks open to improvement this season and can improve past her two main rivals over this longer trip .In not the strongest looking group three contest ,3-1 looks very good value with Ladbrokes .

SATURDAY 11TH MAY GROUP THREE STAKES BET:
ULTRASONIC 4.00 LINGFIELD
0.50 PTS EACH-WAY @ 3-1 LADBROKES

Thursday 2nd May Selling Stakes Bet !!!

On Thursday the racing looks very low quality ,though there does look interesting little 5 furlong selling stakes at Redcar .

2.30 REDCAR 5 FURLONG SELLING STAKES CLASS 6 :
8 runners go to post for 5 furlong selling stakes on fast ground at Redcar .The three main contenders are Doreback ,Haajes & Chloe's Dream .

DOREBACK : Won three races the last win coming on All Weather in 5 furlong handicap at Southwell in November off mark 76 , hasn't shown much on last two starts ,though has won on the turf on fast ground and will be suited by this big drop in class .

HAAJES : C&D winner at Redcar .Finished fair fourth last time in class 4  handicap at Ripon off mark 70 .Not the easiest horse to win with these days ,though did win 5 furlong claimer at Hamilton in August on heavy ground.

CHLOES DREAM :Won 5 furlong selling handicap at Beverley in September off mark 59,Also finished fair third in 5 furlong handicap at Wolverhampton last week .Should go well returning to selling company and looks well treated off bottom weight .

VERDICT: DOREBACK will need to bounce back after couple disappointing efforts recently, though has plenty form at much higher level and will be suited by this drop in class.Trainer Dandy Nicholls runners are always feared in selling races .Has 40% strike rate in 2013( 4 out 10) . Odds around 3-1 look fair value in what looks three runner race .

Chloes Dream looks the obvious danger after bolting up in selling handicap at Beverley last September and finished fair third last time at Wolverhampton .Should also be suited by this fast ground .

Haajes can't be ruled out after finishing fourth in much better race last time at Ripon and looks sure be thereabouts dropping into selling company ,though has only one win to his name in last 25 starts and trainer Paul Midgley has been struggling for winners this year .

THURSDAY 2ND MAY SELLING STAKES BET:

(RESULT :SECOND SP 2-1 LOSS £20.00)
