Friday 1st November Cooley Listed Stakes Bet !!!

(Pearl Of Africa reunited with Johnny Murtagh looks good each-way bet in 1 mile Cooleys Fillies listed stakes at Dundalk)

14 runners declared for 1 mile listed race for fillies on the poly track. This looks decent fillies Listed race. The two contenders that stand out are Lily's Angel & Pearl Of Africa

7.10 DUNDALK 1 MILE COOLEY FILLIES LISTED STAKES :
LILY'S ANGEL : Likeable filly , won 10 races from 25 starts .Been in good form this season winning three times including winning group three Chartwell Fillies Stakes over 7 furlongs at Lingfield in May .Finished excellent second last time in group one 1 mile Matron stakes behind La Collina .Obvious claims with big drop in class .

PEARL Of AFRICA : Improving filly ,landed hatrick in July .Creditable efforts on her last two starts in group company .Finishing good fourth behind the useful Belle De Crecy in group two Blandford Stakes last time at Curragh .Should go well in listed company .

VERDICT : Lily's Angel will be very popular here, after finishing second in group one Matron Stakes last time and is unbeaten on all weather surfaces 4 out 4 ,including winning this race last year .However has 5lb penalty and is only 1lb clear on official figures and doesn't look great value at even money .

PEARL OF AFRICA reunited with Johnny Murtagh looks the solid each/way bet against the short price favourite .The return to 1 mile will suit, having won three times over distance ,including over C&D here at Dundalk .Odds around 4-1 look very fair each/way value .
